Territory Availability
Explore the Opportunity to Build Your Market.
RCE Skills Academy evaluates potential partner markets based on geographic availability, facility suitability, existing partnership commitments, and long-term development opportunities. Qualified partners may be eligible to discuss designated market areas, negotiated market protection, and exclusive territory arrangements.
Important. Submitting an application does not reserve a territory, grant exclusivity, establish a partnership, or create contractual rights. Territory rights — including any form of market protection or exclusive territory — are only created through a definitive written agreement signed by RCE Skills Academy. We do not display unverified territory availability maps or guarantee any specific geographic radius.
How we evaluate markets
What goes into a territory review.
A territory availability review is a preliminary assessment — not a reservation. It lets us give qualified applicants a clear, honest answer about whether their proposed market is a fit for a current conversation.
Geographic availability
Whether the proposed market has any existing partner commitments, prior inquiry activity, or current RCE plans that would conflict with a new partnership conversation.
Facility suitability
Whether the operator has access to a facility that meets the operational standards expected of an RCE camp partner — including space, safety, and parent-facing logistics.
Operator qualification
Whether the operator has the business experience, local team, and execution capacity to run a defensible, fundamentals-first camp operation in their market.
Long-term development
Whether the proposed market has realistic potential for a multi-season partnership, expansion to additional locations, or broader community impact over time.
Existing partnerships
Whether any current RCE partner operates in or near the proposed market, and how that would affect the conversation about market protection or exclusivity.
Local demand signals
Whether there is evidence of local demand for a fundamentals-first summer basketball camp — including existing programs, parent interest, or community relationships.
